By enrolling your child and/or using ILM Early Learning Centre services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, together with the Centre’s policies as outlined in the Family Handbook.

ILM Early Learning Centre provides education and care in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework, and relevant Queensland legislation.

The information provided on this website and in the Family Handbook is for general guidance only and may change at any time. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or financial advice. Families are encouraged to review all ILM policies and confirm details with Centre management.

ILM Early Learning Centre is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from reliance on information contained on this website.

Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

  • Enrolment is confirmed once all required forms are completed, supporting documentation is provided (e.g., birth certificate, immunisation record), and applicable fees are paid in advance.

  • Families must notify the Centre of any changes to enrolment information, including emergency contacts, court orders, or medical details.

2. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are payable one week in advance as per ILM’s fee policy.

  • Families are responsible for ensuring fees remain up to date.

  • Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may be available through Services Australia. Parents must complete their own eligibility requirements via myGov.

  • Late collection fees apply for children collected after closing time (6:00pm).

3. Attendance and Absences

  • Families are required to notify the Centre of absences.

  • Fees apply for booked sessions regardless of attendance, in line with the ILM Handbook.

  • Public holidays and absent days are charged as per the Centre’s policy.    

4. Health, Safety and Wellbeing

  • Children who are unwell or showing signs of infectious illness must not attend the Centre.

  • Medication will only be administered if prescribed, labelled, and accompanied by a completed medication form.

  • The Centre is a tobacco, alcohol, and drug-free environment.

5. Policies and Procedures

  • Families and staff must follow the Centre’s policies and procedures, which are available on site and referenced in the Family Handbook.

  • Policies include but are not limited to: Child Safety, Behaviour Guidance, Sun Safety, Enrolment and Fees, Privacy and Confidentiality.

6. Orientation and Settling

  • Orientation sessions are encouraged prior to commencement to help children transition smoothly.

  • Educators will work closely with families to ensure a supportive settling-in process.

7. Withdrawal of Enrolment

  • Two weeks’ written notice is required to withdraw a child or reduce days of care.

  • Fees apply for this period regardless of attendance
